We will be comparing the features of different places, using keys and symbols in our own map work and finding out about Robin Hood as part of Local History. We are looking at the work of famous artists, Lowry and Jackson Pollock.

We studied his crowd scenes carefully and compared them with our class one.

We looked at which material would be best for mopping up a spillage. The 3 little pigs chose their materials poorly...could we discover which material was best for the task and explain why?

w/c-20/9/24-Exploring the Planet

We searched for facts about continents and oceans of the world and plotted them on our world map

7/10/24-Creating vehicles with a chassis and axles

We needed to transport the scarecrows and their friends to  their wedding in a moving vehicle. There were lots of design problems to face and problems in the making to tackle

17/10/24-Following instructions

We were learning how to write instructions so followed some to make jellyfish!
